We found out that Barton has actually pretended to be another person on phone calls. We have gathered evidence against him from one of his current victims (or one of his previous cases) showing him on recordings.
He’s already been found guilty by Lead Point Mortgage Company for opting in to induce phone calls.
Because the class action lawsuit is going to be for fraud, it will never be dischargeable in bankruptcy. Barton may run, Barton may hide, but these attorneys for this class action are great at piercing the corporate veil.
